PROPERTIS:

GAM Linseed oil is a fatty oil expressed from the ripe seed of Linum Usitatissimum and contains beneficial fats and fatty acids such as omega 3 and omega 6 that are not produced by the human body, but obtained from an external source through the foods.

DIRECTION OF USE:

Recommended Usage: Drink 1-2 teaspoons daily, preferably as hungry. Can be used externally or internally.

WARNINGS:

 Do not exceed the recommended daily use.
